Policies
Court Rules & Etiquette
Booking & Usage Policy
- Bookings cancelled or modified at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for credit; cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged in full.
- All bookings are non-refundable, and any eligible cancellation amount will be issued as Prime Points (Credits) for future use.
- Arriving 10+ minutes late without notice may result in cancellation.
- Maximum 6 people per court (including spectators).
- Play only on your assigned court.
- Prime Sports may adjust court allocations for maintenance or scheduling needs.
Maintenance & Etiquette
- Leave the court on time and clean.
- No food on courts (water & sports drinks allowed in designated areas).
- Outdoor shoes are strictly not permitted on the courts; only clean, non-marking/ Badminton indoor footwear is allowed.
- Misconduct or damage may result in suspension.
Waiver of Liability
Participation in sports involves inherent risks. Prime Sports is not responsible for injuries or damaged personal items. Players with medical conditions must exercise their own precaution.
