Prime Sports is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings while using the facility.

Conduct

Prime Sports reserves the right to deny access to individuals engaging in unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

Changes to Services

Prime Sports reserves the right to modify schedules, pricing, or policies without prior notice.

Prime Sports Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Prime Sports' website, booking system, facilities, programs, and services. By accessing our website, making a reservation, entering our facility, or participating in any activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must not use our services or facilities.

Prime Sports provides indoor sports facilities, including badminton and pickleball courts, equipment rentals, coaching programs, leagues, and related services. All information provided on our website, booking platform, and promotional materials is intended for general informational purposes and may be modified at any time without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, Prime Sports does not guarantee that all information, including pricing, availability, or descriptions of services, is complete, current, or error-free.

Bookings

Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment has been received or confirmation has been issued by Prime Sports. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact information. Prime Sports is not responsible for booking issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user. Court usage is limited strictly to the reserved time slot, and users must vacate the playing area promptly at the end of their booking. Unauthorized extension of playing time may result in additional charges or suspension of booking privileges.

Payments

Payments may be processed through approved payment providers, electronic transfers, or other accepted payment methods. Where required, bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. By providing payment details, you authorize Prime Sports to charge applicable fees, outstanding balances, cancellation fees, damage fees, or other lawful charges associated with your use of the facility. Prime Sports reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel bookings affected by incorrect pricing, issuing refunds where appropriate.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled booking time may be eligible for store credit issued in the form of Prime Points. Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend a booking ("no-show") will result in the full booking fee being charged. Bookings already in progress cannot be refunded. Prime Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance requirements, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling options or facility credit.

Facility Rules & Conduct

All users are required to follow facility rules and staff instructions to ensure a safe and professional environment. Non-marking indoor shoes are mandatory on all playing surfaces, and outdoor footwear is strictly prohibited on courts. Food and beverages are not permitted on playing surfaces. Users must conduct themselves respectfully and avoid unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior. Prime Sports reserves the right to remove any individual who violates facility rules or engages in unsafe conduct without refund.

Equipment & Property

Users are responsible for the proper use of facility property and any rented or borrowed equipment. Charges may be applied for damaged, lost, or misused equipment or facility property. Prime Sports reserves the right to assess repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse or negligence.

Liability & Risk

Participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, physical strain, or accidents. By using the facility or participating in programs, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Sports, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, health issues, loss, theft, or damage to personal property arising from the use of the facility or participation in activities. Use of the facility is at your own risk.

Minors

Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian unless enrolled in a supervised program. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for the safety, behavior, and compliance of minors under their care while on the premises.

Privacy & Communications

Prime Sports may utilize booking systems or scheduling software that display limited booking information for operational purposes. By making a booking, you agree that basic details such as your name and booking time may be visible to other authorized users within the scheduling system. By making a booking or using our services, you consent to receiving communications related to your reservations, including booking confirmations, receipts, schedule changes, policy updates, and service notifications. With your consent, we may also send promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Prime Sports respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers and is not stored on Prime Sports servers. Service Interruptions

Prime Sports is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including equipment failures, internet outages, maintenance, weather conditions, emergencies, or public safety requirements. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend operations for safety or operational reasons.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Prime Sports website, including text, logos, graphics, images, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Prime Sports and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

Prime Sports reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual for violation of these Terms, unsafe conduct, abusive behavior, non-compliance with policies, or actions that compromise the safety or experience of others.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
