• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking time will receive store credit (Prime Points).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
• Bookings are non-refundable once the session has started.

Prime Sports reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive rescheduling options or full credit.
